Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Entity View ("the Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This page summarizes the key points while we finalize the full agreement.

The service

Entity View provides tools for managing corporate structures, tracking ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), uploading compliance documents, and sharing verified data with third parties. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and we may add, change, or remove features over time.

Trial and pricing

• New organizations receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features.
• After the trial, the Service costs €19 per month per environment (main company).
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to upload content you do not have the right to share.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction (including AML, KYB, and data-protection rules).

Data ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Entity View. We process that data only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Limitations

Entity View is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying that your records meet the requirements of any regulator or counterparty.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
